HB Electrical Installations Ltd started because both Paul and Les had a desire to work together. Both are approved electricians and have been in the industry for over 34 years. When the opportunity presented itself in April 2006 to work together they grabbed it with both hands. They are both very motivated, enthusiastic individuals who want the business to flourish. Since starting the business, we have had two employees become fully qualified electricians. Sam has now been a tradesman for two years and is currently training our latest apprentice Josh. Josh is in his second year of his Scottish Electrical Charitable Training Trust (SECTT) apprenticeship and progressing brilliantly every day.
Our customer service strategy is very simple - we do what we say we will, when we say we will and for the price we have quoted. We are always in communication with our clients and if we feel there is a possibility that our Electrician may be late, we will call them with an estimated time.
